His work has been exhibited in more than a dozen solo exhibitions and as many more collectives in and outside of Puerto Rico. His artistic production deals with topics associated with the Caribbean and his style harmonizes geometric shapes of fluid movements and free forms.
"I create my work with the same respect with which I treat a human being. I establish a dialogue between what I want it to be and what it wants to be. The final product is a mutual agreement. I don’t try to fool people, or my work. I do as my father taught me, if I'm going to paint the Virgin and it comes out with mustache, I might as well paint San Jose".

"The musical language translated into visual planes has been my discipline because I've been a musician. There are blue pieces, as there is vibrant music in jazz, and sweet and aromatic flavors in painting"
